Monument Peak Ventures’ Lawsuit against Xerox Is Dismissed

On August 3, U.S. District Judge Rodney Gilstrap issued an order dismissing with prejudice the patent-infringement lawsuit filed by Monument Peak Ventures against Xerox Corporation.
